After 72 hours all unpaid items will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. We will ship smaller, non-fragile items in house. We have made every attempt to research the age and condition of the items offered, and to the best of our ability they are as stated. All items are sold on a "where is - as is" basis. There are no charge backs for items bought online. Items left over 30 days will be subject to storage fees. Items left over 90 days will be considered abandoned and forfeited. Processing fee will be added to credit card payments. We also accept PayPal. Cash or Checks are accepted for local pickup.

If you have not contacted Lionsmark Auction Company to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
