All items for this auction must be picked up at Devon Storage REAR DOOR 3434 NJ35 in Hazlet, NJ on Friday December 23rd (or see alternate pickup date below) between 12pm-5pm or if you require shipping you must indicate this during payment or send us an email within 72 hours of auction close. Due to the holiday we will also have an additional pickup the following Saturday, Dec 31st from 11-1am if you would like to come then instead. It is Buyer's responsibility to confirm that their invoice is paid. If you require shipping, you must indicate this during payment or contact us to request shipping within 72 hours of auction close. All items are being sold AS IS WHERE IS. WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE please ask if you have any questions. All items must be picked up during the listed pick-up times and at the listed pick-up location. All items not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up window will be considered abandoned and disposed of with no exceptions. No Refunds will be given for abandoned items. Please email any questions regarding auction items or our policies prior to bidding and prior to the close of the auction. There is a 20% Buyers Premium on all lots sold. Although we make every effort to accurately describe all items being sold, no statement in this catalogue, invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, provenance or material of any of the items offered for sale. If requested prior to 48 hours of auction close, We will attempt to provide additional information on an item as a courtesy but only as an opinion which should not be regarded as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect working condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All Sales are Final. Any item purchased and removed from auction cannot be returned.
