The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is perfect condition or is completely free from wear & tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Buyers must rely on their own knowledge when purchasing merchandise. 3. All purchases are subject to New York State and LOCAL SALES & USE TAXES unless purchaser furnishes proof of a New York State Resale or OSR number at the time of payment. 4. THIS IS A TIMED AUCTION. ALL buyers pay 25% Buyer Premium on all purchases. The Gallery reserves the right to charge customer's credit card for the sum total of their purchases including Buyer Premium if items are not paid for within three (3) days of the auction. AT DISCRETION OF GALLERY WE MAY REQUIRE CHECKS TO BE CERTIFIED. 5. The Gallery is not responsible for errors, omissions or merchandise left more than 3 days after the auction unless written arrangements have been made with the Gallery owners. All items are to be picked up within ONE WEEK. Items left after 30 days will be subject to a $5/day per item storage fee. All items left over sixty (60) days will be considered forfeit, with no refunds given and items returned to live inventory to be auctioned at a later date. 6. All purchases $10,000.00 AND OVER must be made by CERTIFIED CHECK within 3 Business days immediately following the Auction. 7. THOS. CORNELL GALLERIES, LTD. does not pack or ship. Purchasers are responsible for arranging shipment of all purchased merchandise. 8. LiveAuctioneers has partnered with vetted providers to offer convenient shipping within the U.S. for purchases in this auction. The estimated shipping cost is based on the zip code you provided, the estimated size and weight of the item, and the designated shipping vendor. The cost includes item pick-up, packing, shipping, delivery, and insurance. Your actual shipping cost is subject to change based on the final price and insurance value of your item. If you do not see an estimated shipping cost in your invoice or on the item page and would like to request a free quote, please contact us at shipping@liveauctioneers.com. A single shipping fee for all lots won in this auction will be included on your invoice for applicable orders. This fee can be accepted upon checkout, or alternatively, you can opt for Self-Arranged Shipping or Pick-Up. If you choose to ship via LiveAuctioneers? partner, your shipment tracking information will be provided once your item is shipped. This service is not yet available for international shipments. If you have not contacted THOS. CORNELL GALLERIES, LTD. to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
