After Auction Our team will generate and prepare your invoice in 3 working days after the auction ends. An official mail. The mail includes: bidders details, lot price, buyer premium fee, shipping fee, insurance fee and a payment gateway. Payment Gateways We accept all types of credit cards (Visa/Master/American Express) by PayPal. Shipment We ship orders by UPS/DHL express. Buyers are responsible in all shipping costs. Shipment will be shipped from our team or consignor who is located in different places. Invoice will automatically include DHL/UPS express fee with insurance tracked. Buyers are welcome to request standard regular mail but without any protection. If the parcel is lost/damaged during the shipment, there will be no refund or compensation. Return will not be accepted. Return/Exchange Buyers can file a return or exchange within the grace period: within 7 days after the delivery. The order that exceeds this grace period will not be accepted on return and/or refund.
