Terms Any person placing a bid on any item in this auction thereby confirms their agreement to the following auction terms. 1. Missouri residents will be assessed sales tax of .07725 on all purchases 2. A buyer's premium of 3% applies to all purchases. 3. Winning bidders paying by cash or check may be subject to a discount of 3% for payment by cash or check. 4. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, Paypal. All items must be paid for prior to loading 5. Winning bidders will pick up their purchases or make arrangements for pick up no later than January 8th, 2012. 6. Dirk T. Soulis Antiques LLC doing business as Dirk Soulis Auctions may assist remote bidders with the arrangement of shipping although choosing a shipper and payment of shipping related costs will ulimately be the responsibility of the buyer. Dirk T. Soulis Antiques LLC doing business as Dirk Soulis Auctions may, at its own discretion only, undertake the packing and shipping of manageable items for winning bidders. Soulis will have sole discretion in defining manageable. 7. All items are sold 'AS-IS', 'WHERE IS' WITH NO WARRANTIES OR VALID STATEMENTS OF CONDITION OR COMPLETENESS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. It is the responsibility of the bidder buyer to inspect the merchandise and make all pertinent determinations for themselves during the inspection periods provided. 8. All bidders agree that they are responsible for all won lots including those bid on mistakenly or impulsively. 9. Dirk T. Soulis Antiques LLC, d.b.a. Dirk Soulis Auctions Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw any property from the auction catalog before the auction or add any lots to the auction catalog and shall have no liability whatsoever for doing so.

The Buyer shall pay (value added) sales tax in the amount of 5% of the Hammer Price with respect to imported works of art collected by the Buyer in Taiwan pursuant to the laws of the R.O.C. The Buyer is not required to pay sales tax if such imported works of art (with marks by the number in the catalogue) are delivered to the buyer outside the R.O.C. and are handled by Ravenel for the relevant shipments. The buyer shall notify Ravenel in writing within two business days following the auction day if he desires to collect the items auctioned outside the R.O.C. All the payments payable by the Buyer to the Company do not include any commodity or service taxes or any other value added taxes (whether imposed by the Taiwanese government or elsewhere). The Buyer should be responsible for paying any applicable taxes as required by the law.
