Pick up is Monday and Tuesday following the sale from 10am to 4pm ONLY!! IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP ON THE ALLOTED DAYS - DO NOT BID!!! PAYMENT METHOD: CASH, GOOD CHECK, MONEY ORDER & CREDIT/DEBIT CARD 5% FEE. Winning bidder will receive an invoice within 12-24 hours after the auction concludes and is expected to adhere to the following without exception: Bidder's that are picking up MUST do so the Monday and Tuesday following the sale from 10-4pm only. You must bring your own loading assistance and transporting / packing materials. Out of state Buyers picking up will be subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless exempt in which case you must have your tax exempt form uploaded to LIVE AUCTIONEERS BEFORE the start of the sale. We are unable to remove the tax from your invoice, you must complete this on your side. Failure to make payment and pickup on the scheduled days will result in forfeiture of items and disputed accounts - NO EXCEPTIONS. There are two rounds of shipping per sale (usually Thursday's but subject to change the auction house and/or shippers discretion) if you do not call before the final shipping pick up your item(s) will be forfeited and your account disputed. Shipping may take 3 to 6 weeks. All orders processed in the order in which invoices are paid. Shipping is done through a 3rd party, Fragile Pack 502-423-0000. Failure to make payment and pickup on the scheduled days or shipping arrangements within one week will result in forfeiture of items and disputed accounts - NO EXCEPTIONS. You may pay online through the site when available, in person or by calling the auction house at 502-633-6555 opt 1. Shipping arrangements will be made at time of payment. All gun sales abide by federal and state law. FFL's can be sent to Swisherbrosauction@gmail.com By placing your bid online you will be required to pay for what you win, no exceptions.

If you have not contacted Swisher Bros. Auction LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
