Hindman's April 13-14 auctions feature property of James and Edythe Cloonan of Chicago and property sold to benefit the Acquisition Fund of the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields, among many others. A single-owner sequence of 88 lots from Linden House will lead the live auction. Linden House, custom built near Indianapolis in 2007, is a Palladian-influenced 41,000 square foot villa set on a picturesque 35-acre private lake.
