Conditions of Sale All items are described to the best of or knowledge for condition, authenticity, and provenance, however as the buyer you accept responsibility for inspection and approval of your purchased lots should you post the highest bid on that lot. TEG Auctions sells a large variety of merchandise and we are not experts in the categories of the items we sell so TEG Auctions does not guarantee the authenticity of brands, markings, labels or materials of the items even if this information is provided in the lot titles or descriptions. Our staff inspects and observes the merchandise and we record what we can see on inspection of the product as to the condition brands and markings. You as the buyer agree that your purchase is made with the your acceptance that all items are sold as is with no warrantee expressed or implied, all sales are final with no returns and no refunds. We run auctions on multiple online platforms simultaneously and on some occasions with live floor bidders all or some of the lots in this auction may have a reserve price imposed whether made public or held private and when the high bid is matched by a bid on another online platform or in our gallery and the high bid has met or surpassed the reserve price, the earliest highest bid across all venues that has met or surpassed the reserve price, if present, will take a first position of preference over any online or floor bid of equal or lessor value. All items are sold as is with all present faults and attributes so returns are not accepted. You as a buyer agree to pay your invoice in full within three calendar days. You Understand that shipping and handling charges are separate and in addition to your payment for your lots won and you will be responsible to make payment for your shipping charges to either a third party shipping service if used by TEG Auction Services for the shipping of your merchandise or to the shipping service of your choice. Registering and placing a bid in our auctions constitutes your acceptance of these terms of the sale and your acceptance to pay for the products and shipping/handling services associated with your items won. By placing a bid in this auction you as the bidder/buyer agree that under absolutely no circumstance will you initiate or file a credit card charge back or a PayPal claim or any other payment services claim in relation to your items won and purchased in this auction whether you were present in the auction gallery during the auction and purchase or if you only viewed the lots in question remotely via photographic representation of the lots you won. Payment Terms Payment on all lots won is due within 3 days of the end of the auction, in the event of a non payment your credit card may be charged for the amount due. Shipping Terms If desired your items won will be packed and shipped by an independent shipping company solely at the discretion of TEG Auction Services. The designated independent shipping company (Currently UPS) will contact you for payment of the shipping services following your payment of your items won in the auction generally within 7 business days following the receipt of your payment. If desired TEG Auctions can hold your items won for up to 2 weeks following the end of the auction for you to pick up your items at our facilities in Morgantown, PA or for you to arrange shipping and pick up by the shipper of your choice, we are happy to work with any shipper you set up including uShip.com and any other long haul service providers Buyer's Premium TEG Auctions is remunerated in part through a buyer's premium of 18% of the total of your purchase invoice and the online services collect another 5% sales commission via buyer's premium for a total of 23%. An Additional payment processing fee is collected and retained by the payment processing service associated with the online hosting site of this online auction.

If you have not contacted TEG Auction Services to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
