Absentee bidders will authorize Raymer Society for the Arts to pre-authorize the above credit card for 50% of the total maximum bids entered, for a total of $ .00 which will serve as a Security deposit which is non-refundable in the event that I am winning bidder and fail to produce payment within 5 (five) working days of notification by email, fax, or Phone.

If you have not contacted Raymer Society to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
