Everything else (with the exception of decorative or contemporary items) is guaranteed for 30 days from auction date to paper by any authenticator living and mentioned above. Any item eligible for return with request for refund must be accompanied with a full written report of the examination. Authentication is a matter of scholarship and we welcome you to utilize the experience of your preferred expert for consultation prior to sale. The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In event of any dispute in this matter the Auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide whether to reopen bidding or not. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's "Hammer." The Paper records of the clerk are the true record of sale under Kentucky State Law, regardless of conflicting information reported by the LiveAuctioneers.com bidding service. After a sale, all winners via the LiveAuctioneers.com system must be 'certified' against these paper records, and in case of conflict, the paper record will be the true and accepted record.
