PAYMENT: Full payments, including the 19% buyer’s premium, must be received within 10 days of the sale conclusion. Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard, checks, bank checks, and cash. Credit card information should include: 1) the card holder's name; 2) the 16 digit card number and the carrier (MasterCard or Visa); 3) the expiration date; and 4) the three digit security code on the back of the card. They should not be construed as a guarantee as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. Although we attempt to correctly catalog all lots and attempt to point out defects, we are not responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. Although difficult with on-line buying, it's best that prospective bidders examine or have examined all items of interest. By placing a bid, you enter a legal contract wherein you guarantee your full payment in a timely fashion. Do not bid on things where certainty is unresolved. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES: We can pack and ship many of the items in this sale, and when that is possible, notice is posted under "Conditions" in the catalog along with a shipping price. WE DO NOT INSURE ITEMS SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM CONVERSE & CO., so if you require insurance, you may want to use one of our recommended UPS stores to handle your shipping. They can be contacted at the email addresses posted below. In some situations, we can arrange to deliver items. With all shipping transactions except those directly through Converse & Co., the transaction is between you and your chosen shipper only. Regardless of how your items are shipped, we require notification of your plans (preferably in writing) when making your payment. If you wish to use our recommended UPS shippers, we will give them your pertinent information and they will contact you directly after payment to Converse is received. Unless you designate your own shipper or have us notify our recommended UPS shippers within three weeks after payment is received, we will move your items to storage and you will incur a storage charge and/or we will resell the items. USING OUR RECOMMENDED UPS SHIPPERS: If you request our recommended UPS stores to pack & ship your item(s), you will receive an estimate from them after payment is made to Converse for your auction purchase(s). The UPS store(s) will quote a packing & shipping cost (including a courtesy discount on the packing). After your approval and payment, they will pick up your items, pack, and send them to you. It may take up to two weeks to get a quote from them. If you would like a shipping quote PRIOR to the sale, email either of these stores giving the lot number(s) and your address. PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS: If you wish to pick your items up you may do so Wednesday or Thursday, May 2nd or 3rd between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at 758 Mancill Rd., Wayne, PA 19087. An advance phone call is recommended: 610-722-9004. If you arrange for a shipper service, they must notify us directly several days in advance.
