1. Everything sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers are urged to inspect goods and examine photos and condition reports before bidding. When the auctioneer says "SOLD" title of the property shall pass to the highest bidder, who assumes full responsibility of the item. 3. A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them. 4. Winning bidders can pick up their lots at NH Auctions and Appraisals at 41B Main St. Goffstown, NH during the week following the Auction from 10AM-4PM or by appointment. Suggest you call prior to arriving-603-731-9876. We can arrange for shipping by UPS or independent shippers who blanket wrap and provide hand delivery services. 5. Any lot not picked up within 3 months after the auction, unless prior arrangements made with the auctioneer, will be considered an abandon asset and will be donated to charity.

If you have not contacted NH Auctions and Appraisals LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
