We have been providing Auction Services for many years, selling all over the world! All Merchandise is Sold As Is / Where Is, without warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are final. No Refunds. 23% Buyers premium 7% NC sales tax (unless you have a resale Number). Jewelry & Other ITEMS OVER $300.00 WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED IF PAID WITH WIRE OR BANK TRANSFER OR CASH, Also If out of the country or no bidding history may require wire or bank transfer only! Some Items may have a reserve. we are not responsible for software glitches, slow internet or any other internet problems,. Pickup for local bidders is Monday 2pm till 4:30pm following the auction unless you are having the items shipped. $2 convenience fee to bring to shipper. Items are only brought to shipper once a week, and they usually call or email you the following week. If there is a holiday it may slow down shipping. (small items) bring help to pickup furniture there is no one to help you. Item not picked up on Monday will incur a storage charge of 10$ a day! If you have no bidding history we may require wire or bank transfer for payment. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items, and having a shipper pick up at auction house for larger items furniture, mirrors etc., packing and postage and including insurance. Smaller items can be brought over to the pack and ship store ($2 convenience fee charged for bring the item over to the shipper) and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
