May Civil War and Military Sale

Our cataloged auction starts Saturday May 26th at 10:00 am EST The May sale has more Civil War and Military related items. Guns include a Virginia Manufactory Muskets, a Richmond Carbine and other firearms. Sale has more Uniforms both Union and Confederate featuring a Zouave Vest, Confederate Frock coat and a drummer boys coat and boots. 50 plus swords from C-1790, a fine 18th or 19th century Katana and a VF cased presentation Sword from the Mexican Sec. of Defense to West Point Academy from 1949. More Corps badges, knives including a Revolutionary War era Riflemans side knife, a framed set of Confederate CDV's and other images. There many items used daily by soldiers on both sides. The personal effects of Sergeant Gustavus B. Williams (a descendant of Rhode Island founder Roger Williams). Williams was in Co. K in the 51st MASS. Items include his Civil War Bible, over 100 letters home to his wife, images, uniform buttons, GAR badges, CDV's, his Civil War Musket and more. Medical items include a Civil War U.S.A. Hosp. Dept. Surgical Set, by Snowden, Phila. PA From other wars are 30 plus WWI & WWII posters, WWI & WWII Medals, medals from other countries and eras - highlighted by an Identified Mexican War Veterns badge, a cased Gold identified GAR Medal and a C-1840 French Legion D'Honneur from the July Monarcy period. 519 lots of good quality military related items.
