Payment: The buyer must pay the total purchase price (including the buyer's premium) within the specified time frame, which will be mentioned on the auction page. Payment can be made through the available payment methods on the platform. In case of non-payment, the auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the sale.
Shipping and Handling: The buyer is responsible for arranging the shipment and handling of the artwork. The auctioneer will provide the buyer with the necessary documentation and support to facilitate the shipment.

Limitation of Liability: The auctioneer is not liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, arising from the sale of the artwork.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the auction is taking place.
Amendments: The auctioneer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be posted on the auction page.
Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
