If the invoice is not paid within 72 hours then the bidders card on file will be automatically charged. 2. EVERYTHING SELLS AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All sales are final, no refunds. 3. 25% Buyers Premium. 4. Atlanta Furniture Auction is not responsible for any errors or omissions. 8. Items are not available for pickup until the invoice has been paid. Pickup, Shipping, Delivery 1. You can use the shipping company of your choice, their policies and procedures apply. Atlanta Furniture Auction is not responsible for these items. 2. Pickups must be arranged within 10 days of sale. 3. Pickups are all by appointment. We no longer have open hours.

If you have not contacted Atlanta Furniture Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
