All items sold by Magnum Auctions are SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION. It is the buyer's responsibility to ASK ANY AND ALL questions they may have above and beyond the provided condition report. We are happy to supply any additional reports as needed to the best of our ability, although those are solely our opinion ONLY. **Photos are part of the description. Please use them as such. **No RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE OFFERED unless considerably varying from any photos or descriptions. It is listed as Amythest or Lavender. That is not a basis for a return or refund. (EXAMPLE 2) You receive your item and you have found bubbles in the glass, tooling anomalies, Age wear, straw marks, or any number of as made imperfections in items sold in our auctions. That is not a basis for a return or refund. (EXAMPLE 3) You receive your item and you say it is not what you thought it was regarding age or maker. That is not a basis for return of refund. (EXAMPLE 4) You receive your lot and 3 of the 4 items are Vaseline, one is amber. Even though it is clearly pictured in the listing, because the title says, ?Lot of Vaseline glass and more?, and one is amber, not Vaseline. That is not a reason for a return or refund. PICTURES ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION. **WHEN BIDDING on any lot offered by Magnum Auctions, the bidder indicates ACCEPTANCE of the following Terms of Sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to agreement of these terms WHETHER OR NOT you read or understand said terms. **THE TERMS in writing contained herein are subject to change without notice and the bidder agrees that the most recent published Terms of Sale as published or amended on the website at the beginning of the auction shall apply. We are pleased to offer in-house shipping or buyer may contact a shipper of their choice. We box invoices and then send a second invoice with your shipping total and tracking number(s). All packages are insured; however, we cannot make claims on stolen packages. Please request signature required or provide a safe alternative (or work) address. While you may get an excellent deal on your prices in this auction, shipping costs remain the same and may seem high compared to your winning bids. If items have not been paid for or the shipping payment has not been paid within 25 days from the last auction day, all items by bidder will be forfeited

If you have not contacted Magnum Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, LIVE AUCTIONEERS WILL CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.

Leave bids now and/or bid during the auction. After the auction is completed, you will receive two invoices from noreply@liveauctioneers.com. Please contact us through email, info@magnumauctions.com, the Monday after the auctions to arrange pickup. We pack all items in-house, so respectfully, do not call the day after the auction and ask for this. We will pack all items from both days of the auction. The first invoice will be for the payment for the item/s, and the second invoice will be for shipping once payment for items is completed. Please read the invoice carefully as it gives you payment options and important info. LiveAuctioneers will collect the prevailing sales tax for your address unless you have a certificate of exemption on file with them. Email your certificate to info@liveauctioneers.com, with your username. If it was not on file with them before this auction, you will be charged sales tax. We box invoices in the order of invoices paid, then send a second invoice with your shipping total and tracking number(s). There will be no options for refunds of any type beyond 25 calendar days from the auction date. Paying late, and thus receiving items late, will not change the limitation on the dates above for refund consideration.
