PAAM 2023 Benefit Auction

1. All interested buyers must register with Live Auctioneers, and then register to bid in the PAAM 2023 Benefit Auction. 2. All lots are subject to 25% Buyer's Premium in addition to the purchase price or "hammer" price. For example, if a lot sells at the end of bidding for a hammer price of $1,000.00, the buyer will be invoiced $1,250.00 plus sales tax if applicable. 3. PAAM reserves the right to reject any bid or raise not commensurate with the value of the lot, to withdraw the lot, or to re-offer the lot in the event of a disputed bid. In all cases, PAAM's decision and record of final sale shall be conclusive. 4. At the conclusion of the bidding, the highest bid will become the hammer price, at which time title to and full risk and responsibility for the lot shall pass to the buyer. 5. All lots are subject to sales tax (based on your billing address location) which is collected by Live Auctioneers when they process payment. If you have a tax resale ID, you must submit it for approval by Live Auctioneers. LivePayments and AutoPay are enabled for this auction. 6. All property is sold "as is" and PAAM makes no warranty or representation of the correctness of the catalog or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of the property, and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written shall be deemed such a warranty or representation. There are no returns on purchased property. 7. PAAM's liability to the purchaser will not exceed the actual purchase price. 8. Bidding on any article indicates your acceptance of these terms and any others which may be announced from the block at the time of the sale. 9. If payment is not processed manually by the buyer, cards on file will be automatically charged 72 hours after conclusion of the auction. Card charges include a 3% processing fee from Live Auctioneers.

If you have not contacted Provincetown Art Association and Museum to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
