READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING !! There are two days for pick up for this sale. Tractors and Vehicles must be scheduled ( Friday or Saturday). Second day is for Tractors and Vehicles only. All items in this Auction must be picked up in Kintnersville Pa on Friday October 6th from 9:30am- 4:30pm and 7th from 9:30am- 1:00 pm. Pick up address will be on your invoice under payment details. BRING Packing Material, tools , any equipment needed and HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! THERE WILL BE NO ONE TO HELP YOU LOAD . PAYMENT IS DUE BY October 3rd, at 3pm . Invoices up to $2500 to be paid with a credit card. Any invoices over $2500 must be paid thru LiveAuctioneers ACH . For Tractors and Vehicles, payment must be made with ACH ( electronic bank transfer , thru LiveAuctioneers). We will not release items until the funds have cleared. Please make the transfers asap, since sometimes it takes a few days for that payment to clear. Shipping- If we ship it in house, there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot and $5 each additional lot, plus actual postage. We do not ship in-house any items that will not fit in an 18x18x18 box ( some items there are an exception, please email with any questions). All Paintings that need shipment, will be packed and shipped thru The UPS Store. If we have UPS pack and ship anything (fragile items, framed items, hard to pack items), there is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP, WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED ! All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. If you have a Resale Tax Number, fill out the correct forms with LiveAuctioneers BEFORE bidding. There will be no refunds, once you submit payment.
