June Estate Auction

Kaminski Auctions presents its spectacular June Estate auction to be held on the 16th. The sale will feature wonderful collections of American and European furniture, fine art and decorative art, along with Asian art, silver, and jewelry. Part one will feature an impressive collection of tribal art including several items from the Penobscot peoples and other items from the Americas, Africa and Oceania. Part two includes a 1906 Steinway mahogany baby grand piano with bench. Highlights in the furniture category include a 19th century Herter Brothers black ebonized with gold line trim occasional table, an early New England Queen Anne mahogany highboy and a vintage Louis Vuitton steamer trunk. There will also be three large paintings by famed artist Victor Ostrovsky (Canadian/Israeli, b. 1949) including an original oil on canvas of the ?Monarch Cover?. Highlights in the silver category include several sets of French flatware and makers such as Black, Starr & Frost, Gorham, Dominic & Haff, and Tiffany.
