Repeat - If an item already has a certificate of authenticity from one or more authenticators listed above the sale shall be considered final, NO EXCEPTIONS. Everything else (with the exception of items offered as 'decorative' or 'contemporary') is guaranteed for 30 days from auction date to paper as 'authentic' by any authenticator living and mentioned above. Differences of opinion amongst authenticators regards 'type' or 'material' will not qualify as reasons for a return. Any item eligible for return with request for refund must be accompanied with a full written report of the examination from the examiner. Authentication is a matter of scholarship and we welcome you to utilize the experience of your preferred expert for consultation prior to sale. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's "Hammer." The Paper records of the clerk are the true record of sale under Kentucky State Law, regardless of conflicting information reported by the LiveAuctioneers.com bidding service. After a sale, all winners via the LiveAuctioneers.com system must be 'certified' against these paper records, and in case of conflict, the paper record will be the true and accepted record. The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. You do not pay Kentucky Sales Tax if items are shipped out of state. Photographs in this catalog are of the actual items being sold, but exact condition of the objects offered is their condition the day of the sale.
