Items are available for viewing online & in-house at least one week prior to the start of the auction. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Online buyers are free to call up to 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. NY state will be charged NY state sales tax unless you have supplied Gold Coast Auctioneers with a valid re-sale permit. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE AND MATERIALS TO PICK UP AND PACK YOUR ITEMS. NOTE!!! Please be aware that any unpaid invoice after 10 days those customers will be charged storage fee $10 a day. Please understand we need a room for next auction and unfortunately many customers keep forgetting to pick up or to pay for items.

If you have not contacted Gold Coast Auctioneers to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
