Wilton Art® presents artsquare12x12.2024, a three-week-long salute to art, artists, and art patrons.
The fifth annual Wilton Art® fundraiser merges an online silent auction with a pop-up gallery from February 2nd to the 25th. We invite you to visit the pop-up gallery located at Pride Corner Art & Frame, 2151 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, FL 33305.
All works of art are 12" by 12". Patrons will be invited to bid online. Minimum bids will start at $125 and grow in $25 increments until the live auction closes on the 25th of February when winners will be announced.
Each artist agrees to sell their work at a 50% commission based on the bid level received. The purchaser takes home a beautiful one-of-a-kind work of art. Wilton Art® receives a 50% donation to fund future public art projects. (Unless the artist donates their work and Wilton Art would receive the entire bid amount.)

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR WILTON ART® AUCTIONS
1. All items are sold as-is, where-is, and Wilton Art® will not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the descriptions of items or attributions.
2. The condition of items sold is offered as a convenience to buyers. Wilton Art® members are volunteers and should not be construed as experts in the descriptions of artwork for sale. Before bidding, buyers should practice due diligence in evaluating objects online.
3. Buyers should examine all photos to make a determination as to the condition before bidding. We invite prospective buyers to visit the pop-up gallery for an in-person inspection of the artwork, if possible.
4. In order to participate and be approved to bid in Wilton Art® auctions, prospective buyers must register as a Live Auctioneers customer, provide credit card information, and agree to the terms and conditions of Live Auctioneers.
5. Bidders agree to the terms and conditions of Wilton Art® and acknowledge that they have examined the lots online or visited the pop-up gallery in advance of entering any bids.

PAYMENT
1. Wilton Art® only accepts payment through the Live Auctioneers payment system (Live.Payments).
2. Wilton Art® auctions are subject to sales tax according to state and federal laws.
3. Payment is expected within 5 days of the close of the sale via Live.Payments.
SHIPPING
1. Wilton Art® does not ship, but free local pick-up can be arranged. Contact Wilton Art® for details.
2. As a courtesy to our buyers, Wilton Art® will drop off paid purchases to THE UPS STORE #4875 at 300 E. Oakland Park Blvd. Wilton Manors FL 33334 (954) 358-2800 and Fax:(954) 358-2798 for shipping. 3. When buyers use the UPS store shipping option, buyers agree to: release paid items from Wilton Art® to UPS STORE #4875; provide shipping and packaging directions directly to the UPS store; and consequently, assume all liability for items purchased.
