Buyer's premium: 25%. Items are sold to the highest bidder at the auction on dedicated auction day(s). Please refer to the terms and conditions stated by LiveAuctioneers regarding the online auction. Payments We only accept payments via bank transfer. Account details are included on the invoice we issue. Payment is due within five (5) business days after receiving the invoice. Payments need to be sent in euros (€) only. Lots purchased will not be released until full payment has been received. Shipping Buyer pays shipping cost. We offer competitively priced worldwide shipping with an external partner. For estimates email info@nekonato.com. Shipping costs depend on the size of the item(s) and delivery destination. When shipping internationally, local customs taxes and duties may apply. These costs are the buyer's responsibility. It is highly advisable to abroad buyers to check their own legislation regarding the necessary requirements for importing into their country any goods constituted or containing protected species. Nekonato Gallery does not assume any responsibility towards the buyer for any export restrictions and subsequent import of the lots awarded, nor for any licenses, certificates that the same must obtain based on Spanish, international or local legislation, the release of which is the buyer's responsibility. General terms The highest bidder is assigned as the buyer. Being the winner and bidding on a lot makes a binding contract to Nekonato Gallery to complete your purchase within five (5) business days after the auction. In case of default by the buyer, the auction house is authorized to consider the sale terminated. Should complaints emerge regarding the winning of an item, the auctioneer has discretion to resume the auction from the preceding bid. The lot can be put back for sale during the auction and again awarded, or it can be withdrawn from the auction. Condition of the Goods The goods are sold in the condition in which they are at the time of adjudication. The buyer is expected to have verified the general condition of the goods before bidding. Condition reports are posted in writing with the lot. Any given condition report is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. All measurements are approximate. Requests for additional condition reports with photographs can be made by emailing us. No cancellations accepted. Once the adjudication has been made, the lots are the buyer's responsibility. The goods will remain in the auction house and can be collected after the auction has ended and the full payment has been received. Nekonato Gallery cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or fire occurring in our facilities once the items are under the buyer's responsibility. Pickups are due within 30 calendar days after the auction has ended. If the goods remain in the auction house longer than 30 calendar days, the auction house has the right to charge a storage fee of €5 per day per lot, excluding 21% VAT. This fee has to be paid before the pick-up of the goods.
