As a courtesy, condition reports for any lot are available from G Evans Auction prior to the sale, but G Evans Auction assumes no responsibility for errors and or omissions contained in any such report, an G Evans Auction catalog or other description of a lot that we may make available. Any statements made by G Evans Auction with respect to a lot in a condition report, orally or in writing, are intended as statements of opinion only, are not to be relied upon as statements of fact and do not constitute representations or warranties of any kind. Evans Auction prior to pickup. *All bidders will be automatically charged via platform 72 hours after the auction. *Please note that for International Buyers your items can be held for up to 14 days while payment clears. RESTRICTED ITEMS: It is the buyer's responsibility to abide by their local laws, including not bidding on or buying items that are restricted in their local area. We will not release a buyer from purchasing an item restricted in their area and disputes will be filed with Invaluable Auctions for non paying bidders. REGISTRATION: Buyers must register for a bidding number by giving name, address, phone number, credit card and photo identification acceptable to us. Online bidders must have a credit card on file with the prevailing online auction service. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of 25% of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. The total sales price is subject to applicable sales tax. Complete payment is required in cash, acceptable check, Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Auction Site Payment Platform within 7 days of the sale date. REMOVAL: Items purchased may be removed once payment is made. Items must be removed within 30 days of auction finalization from either of the following locations assigned in the lot.
