You must contact VoxMarket at info@voxmarket.store within 3 days of verified delivery of your intent to return items. Returns must be shipped out within 7 days of verified delivery. Customer will be liable for return postage. Items must be returned in original and unaltered condition. Returns will not be accepted if shipped outside of the 7 day window or in a different condition. VoxMarket will confirm the condition of the item once received and issue a refund (minus Buyers Premium and original shipping) to the original payment method. Please note, Buyers Premium (25%) is non refundable under any circumstance. No exemptions or extensions will be made on Return Policy.
