All payments shall be made in USD. Buyers can only collect lots after their balance due is paid in full. Should payments be made by check or draft, lots will only be released after bank clearance. payment must be received in 7 days after auction end. Title transfers only when Auctioneer receives full and clear payment of the purchase price and any associated fees. 7: All items are sold to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is the arbiter of any disputed bid. He may reopen bidding at his discretion and reject bids deemed inappropriate. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item and to Re offer the item at another time. Every effort is made by the auctioneer to execute all bids, including floor, absentee, telephone and internet bids. We are not responsible for any missed bids. Corporate clients must present a Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent documents verifying identity. Return Bidders may be asked for current identifications. The bidding process will be explained to bidders prior to an auction. All bidders shall obtain a bidding number prior to the start of the auction. All bidders shall keep the number under his/her safe custody. The number shall not be lent to any other person. Otherwise, he/she shall bear all the responsibilities associated with the use of his/her number for bidding or any other use.
