When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3.75% convenience fee. All wire transfer payments are subject to any banking related fees. Buyer's may also select ACH at checkout for a 1% fee. Auction house accepts cashier's check or cash at pickup. If paying by any option other than CC buyer must notify auction house within 24 hours of the auction closing to avoid the auto payment. Please note it can take up to 3 weeks for your item to ship out and will not ship out until shipping has been paid for. For all other small items that can be shipped via mail we recommend using our preferred UPS Pack and Ship Store 5907. TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must upload a tax ID to Live Auctioneers prior to the auction or it will not be reflected on the invoice. RE-OFFER PURCHASED LOTS - Jaybird Auctions, at its discretion, may re-offer at a future auction a lot that was purchased at this auction provided the buyer has made payment in full, the lot or any portion thereof has not been removed from the auction house, and the lot sold for a hammer price of at least $200. Buyer must sign an auction consignment agreement that includes a selling commission to utilize this service. This agreement must be signed prior to the 14 day pickup period. Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit. *****After 14 days items not claimed are deemed property of the auction house without refund.******
