You must be a LIVEAUCTIONEERS registered user to bid on items at TBA. By bidding, you are entering into a contract to buy the LOT(s), and to deliver payment within 48 hours from auction closing. Your bids are final and non-retractable. SOME LOTS ARE SOLD WITHOUT RESERVE. WARRANTY: all items are guaranteed as described. Most items in the auction are in near fine to fine condition. We will offer detail condition reports upon request until two days before auction day. TBA reserves the right to edit or remove any lots/items 5 hours prior to auction starting. PAYMENT: payment in full must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving invoice for winning bids. A bid placed by any person or agent shall be conclusive proof that he/she agrees with the terms and conditions of sale and agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions prior to placing a bid. RETURN POLICY: All (LOT) items are sold in "AS IS - WHERE IS" condition. All sales are final unless an error of description has been made. Any disputes must be made within ten days of receiving items. No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization form. TBA will not refund above and beyond the original costs. We will issue refunds under certain conditions that have been legally (established by or recognized by a court of law) found to be fraudulent, unauthentic, or stolen.
