Potsdam, NY and items need to be picked up within 30 days of auction. All items need to be paid in full within 7 days of auction. The auction house reserves the right to hold the merchandise until the funds have cleared. Any item that is paid for yet not picked up or shipped within 30 days of the auction will become property of the auction house. Anyone bidding is encouraged to have their own representative inspect the item before bidding. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy, it is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or any damage. Auction purchases can be picked up at Blanchard's Auction Hall in Potsdam, NY on Monday, March 25th and Tuesday, March 26th (9am-4pm) or by appointment.
