Pick-Up Information Items won must be picked up from our gallery in Kensington, Maryland during the following times: Friday, March 29, 2024 10AM - 2PM Saturday, March 30, 2024 10AM - 2PM Should you be unable to pick up your items within this period, please be aware that storage fees may apply. Shipping Guidelines The responsibility for shipping and insurance lies with the bidder. We strive to make this process as straightforward as possible. For shipping quotes or inquiries, please contact us directly. We offer shipping services for select items to the continental USA and delivery services to the mid-Atlantic and New England regions. For more detailed shipping information and to view a list of recommended shippers, please visit our website. Shipping addresses must correspond with the payment address provided, with no exceptions. In the event of damage during transit for items shipped by us, please retain all packaging and provide photos of the damage. We will assist in filing a claim, but note that resolution and reimbursement may take 60-90 days. Payment Instructions Payment for online bids via LiveAuctioneers must be processed through LivePayments. A 30% buyer's premium applies, and invoices will include additional service fees from LivePayments. Payments are due 24 hours after the invoice is issued by LiveAuctioneers. Credit cards will be charged immediately upon auction close. For purchases exceeding $5,000, payment must be made through wire transfers. Failure to fulfill payment obligations will result in a dispute being filed on LiveAuctioneers and may impact your ability to participate in future auctions.
