Prospective bidders can arrange to preview items personally to determine its condition, size, state, etc. With any purchases there is no implied warranty or representation of any kind or nature with respect to merchantability, purpose, correctness of catalog or other description, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, material, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, historical significance of any plot item. Absence of any reference to the condition of the lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from ear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging; nor does a reference to particular defects imply the absence of other issues. RESERVE: some lot items may be offered with a reserve or minimum price below which such lot will not sold. BUYERS PREMIUM: a buyer's premium of 25% of the final hammer price shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sale price to be invoiced. TAXES: Any applicable state/ local sales tax due will be invoiced unless a resale certificate is on file before the close of the auction, otherwise any applicable sales taxes will be due. NOTE: Any auction inquiries will generally be answered within 4-6 hours up to 24 hours before the close of the auction.
