Butch Cassidy's Amnesty Colt emerges for auction at California Auctioneers on Sept. 30th , 2012 California Auctioneers to offer Butch Cassidy's Amnesty Colt 45 and other Historic Wild West Relics on September 29th and 30th for a spectacular 2-day auction. The Butch Cassidy Amnesty Colt which was handed over to Juab County, Utah Sheriff Pawley P. Christison Oct. 1899 is extremely well documented. Additional highlights include the beaded jacket of Sioux legend Crazy Horse, who defeated Custer on the Western Plains, The Colt Navy Percussion of Confederate & Outlaw legend Frank James, a very fine 23" Apache Olla from depicting over 80 figures plus outstanding collections of Native American & Western artifacts.
