TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL BIDDERS Please contact us directly with any questions prior to bidding BIDDING ON ITEMS INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS: 1. All purchases must be paid for within three business days after an auction and removed within seven business days. Property which is not paid for within the three day period will be charged to the purchaser's credit card. If purchases have not been paid for within ten days of the auction date, a dispute will be opened, and will remain open, until payment has been remitted. If property is paid for but not removed within seven days after the auction, it may be sent to a storage facility, unless prior arrangements have been made, the cost of which is assumed solely by the purchaser. Lots which are not removed from Curated Estates or subsequent storage facilities, within thirty days are subject to forfeiture. Curated Estates accepts no responsibility for property left for more than thirty days after an auction. 2. ALL PROPERTY SOLD AS-IS. All property is sold without warranty or guarantee as to condition or authenticity. We present and describe merchandise as honestly and accurately as possible. All lots are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. Neither we, nor the consignor are responsible for the correctness of any statement of any kind concerning any lot, whether written or oral, nor for any other errors or omissions in description or for any faults or defects in any lot. Neither the seller, ourselves, our officers, employees or agents, give any representation, warranty or guarantee or assume any liability of any kind in respect of any lot with regard to merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, description, size,quality, condition, attribution, authenticity, rarity, importance,medium, provenance, exhibition history, literature or historical relevance. Images are part of the item description and condition please view all images. Except as required by local law any warranty of any kind whatsoever is excluded by this paragraph. Condition reports are available by request via phone or e-mail and must be made no later than 12:00 noon the day preceding the sale. Although we will do our best to provide accurate condition information, the prospective bidder is ultimately responsible for inspection of merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS ARE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. In house shipping is available for a fee on smaller items under 500.00. Buyer is responsible for arranging pick-up or delivery of merchandise at buyer's risk and expense. Arrangements may be made through the buyer's own shipper. You may contact us for a list of shippers. Shippers are independent of us and are not endorsed by us. We are not responsible for problems associated with shipping, there are no shippers in our general area the closest is Wichita Kansas we will help facilitate delivery to the shipper a $50.00 delivery fee will apply. 4. BIDDING. We reserve the right to reject any and all bids. The highest bidder acknowledged by the system will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, we will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and re-sell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith. 5. ELECTRICAL ITEMS. Curated Estates will not be responsible for the integrity of electrical fixtures, lamps, etc. Buyers are advised to rewire all of these items. 6. TAXES. Kansas sales tax of 6.5% will be charged on all purchases unless (a) buyer provides sales tax certificate or (b) item(s) is being shipped out of state if item is being picked up by a commercial carrier, we must be provided with a receipt by the carrier that the item is shipping out of state. If a receipt is not provided at time of pick-up, item will not be released until tax is paid. QUICK FACT FOR BIDDERS: A. BUYER'S PREMIUM. B. PAYMENT. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. International buyers must pay by credit card. C. PAYMENT DUE. Complete payment is required upon receipt of notification of a successful bid. Items must be paid for no later than 72 hours following the auction. D.SHIPPING. Buyer is responsible for arranging pick up and delivery at buyer's risk and expense. In House is limited and only available on select items for a non negotiable set fee per item. E: ALL SALES ARE FINAL WE ACCEPT NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.
