Payments must be made within 7 business days after auction. No personal checks accepted. Shipments and pick up are only by appointment only on weekends. All merchandise not picked up within 30 days after the auction will be forfeited at buyers expense. All merchandise is sold "as is" condition reports must be requested, and no refunds or returns on conditions of items. All items sold as "after", "attributed to", "style of", "in the manner of" are being sold as reproductions of an artist original works and not original and should be purchased as accordingly. We are not specialist and can not guarantee the authenticity of any work. Please do your own prior research prior to auction. The auctioneer has the right to choose a phone/floor bidder over the internet bid during the auction. No returns / refunds, everything sold "as is", "where is".

If you have not contacted Past to Present Liquidators to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
