Once registered, your bids are considered final, and if you win, you need to pay within a set time. We describe items to the best of our ability, but they're sold as-is, without warranties. If there are any issues, we'll handle them, but you agree not to hold us responsible for any problems. We can change or end the auction if needed, and our liability is limited. These terms are governed by the laws of our jurisdiction, and by participating, you agree to follow them.

If you have not contacted Bearistry to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
