After her husbands passing in 2021, Myrna decided it was time to let others enjoy their passion and share their collection with the world. This has truly been an honor and a pleasure liquidating (or redistributing as Myrna calls it), this amazing collection that has been hailed as one of the Largest Antique Tool Collections in the country. Dan also had been deemed with one of the largest antique level collections with what we estimated to be over 5,000 pcs. We would also like to thank our friends Lyle and Dale Chupp, and our "Chupp Auctions Family" of Shipshewana, IN for partnering with us for many of the auctions held on the Colemans behalf. United Auction Terms All Items are Sold As-Is Where-Is with NO Guarantees Expressed or Implied. All Announcements Made Sale Day Take Precedence. While we strive for accuracy we encourage all bidders to personally inspect sale merchandise BEFORE bidding during supplied auction previews or by making private appointments. Once bids are placed it is a binding contract for the bidder to preform purchasing duties. Bidders will be notified within 1 business day if they are the successful bidder. Bidder will then have 24 hours to respond to the auction company regarding payment arrangement and pick-up or shipping directions. Any bidder not responding within 24 hours will have the item(s) winning bid amount plus any fees (sales tax, buyers premium, credit card processing, shipping, storage etc) charged to their supplied card. Bidders paying by check need to notify auction company in within same time frame. We accept local pre-approved checks (notice given before bidding) as well as out of state checks accompanied by Bank Letter of Credit Guarantee Funds to United Auctions, or Cashier's Checks. If CHECKS are not recieved within 4 days of the auction, bidders item(s) will be charged automatically to their card on file. Bidders may also pay by credit card with 3% additional processing fee in addition to auction buyers premium. Bidders may also contact the auction company to pay cash at time of pick-up. All items must have arrangements for pick up or shipping made with United Auctions Within 3 business days of close of auction. Winning bidders of such may pick up auctions day of July 13th or by appt. Unless PRIOR arrangements are made directly with United Auctions. Shipping to be paid by the purchaser and once you are the successful bidder and have contacted United Auctions regarding shipping instructions we will supply bidders with shipping quote to be paid BEFORE any or all items are shipped.
