FOR LOCAL PICK-UP: Please bring help with you for large or heavy items as the auction staff will not be able to assist in lifting For EXTRA LARGE items, it is preferred to give notice of your arrival. LOCAL DELIVERY: As a courtesy we can provide local delivery within a 20 mile radius of Warwick, New York for a $50 Fee. Items will be delivered to driveway only. All items are being sold as-is and purchases are final. Please make sure you ask any questions you may have regarding auction items BEFORE auction close. TAXES: All winning bids are subject to New York State tax. FOR SHIPPING: Please reach out and let us know if you are wanting your items shipped. Auctions items are not on-site this auction so we do not have the ability to give shipping quotes prior to auction ending. You will be contacted within 3 business days with shipping total for payment. We will bundle and ship as careful and economical as possible, however, large or heavy items occasionally require custom shipping options that can be costly. Please take that into consideration before bidding.

If you have not contacted The Gilded Eagle LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
