ANY SALE MADE IN FLORIDA WILL INCLUDE A 7% FLORIDA SALES TAX. ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO A 23% BUYER'S PREMIUM, which will be added to the hammer price. All online bidders will pay a 26% buyer's premium. The Buyer is the highest bidder. Should a tie or dispute come up, the auctioneer, at his or her discretion, can or shall reopen the bidding between the high bidders until the piece is sold. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids that are deemed inappropriate of withdraw any item before or during the auction time. All shipping shall be either in house, our own packing, and or any outside packing and carrier services. Typical shippers are FED EX, UPS, EMERY FREIGHT, ARONET, and any other designated shipper or packager. ANY DISPUTE BY A BUYER agrees that any suit, action or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the auction shall be brought solely and exclusively in the court of the State of Florida in SARASOTA COUNTY. Buyer also waives any right of a jury trial, and will consider arbitration and any other reasonable means of settlement(S). YOU HAVE AGREED AT REGISTRATION TIME, THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL THE TERMS OF THESE CONDITIONS. When the item is pronounced SOLD ! the title of the property shall pass to the successful bidder, who then resumes all responsibility and risk. The successful bidder shall remove the piece or property at their own risk and expense. ALL AUCTIONS ARE VIDEOTAPED FOR YOUR PROTECTION
