Buyers Terms and Conditions By bidding at the auction whether present in person, by agent, written bid, telephone, internet and/or by other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by the conditions of sale as follows.. All properties are sold as-is and all sales are final. Neither the consignor nor Castle Manor Corporation can assure any warranties or representations with respect to any lot sold including but not limited to the correctness of the catalogue description, the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, attribution, authorship, importance, medium, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance, and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed such a warranty or representation. All sizes listed are approximate. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. The consignor and Castle Manor Corporation disclaim any and all warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to the implied warranty, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. No warranties are made that any of the merchandise complies with any applicable governmental rules, regulations or guidelines of any kind or nature whatsoever. Neither Castle Manor Corporation as agent nor the consignor is responsible for any faults or defects in any lot nor to the correctness of any statement as to the authorship of any origin, authorship, date, age, attribution, genuineness, provenance or condition of any lot. 2. Payments A buyer's premium of 18% on any amount bid will be added to the purchase of all lots in the sale. This premium is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. All bids placed and all payments made must be in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S.Bank. Internet bills may be paid via Live.Payments. For payment, if you have a card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after you receive your invoice. Disputes for non-paid items are issued 2 weeks (14 days) after the auction closing date. Buyers will be who are subject to unpaid invoices will be suspended/blocked for future auctions if invoice is unpaid 30 days after date of sale. Storage fee: Merchandise that is not picked-up within 14 days after the sale will be removed from the Auction and a daily storage charge of $5 per day per lot will commence regardless of lot size or value. Right to refuse service As a private business Castle Manor Corporation reserves the right to refuse, deny, cancel , or terminate any/all sales without excuse or reason. Sales that are not completed will be refunded and then terminated. Neglected Items Any and all items that are either paid or unpaid which are not picked-up, not paid for storage, and/or paid to be shipped within 30 days of the auction will become property of the auction. Unwillingness to pay storage fees will result in a termination of the buyers purchase(s) with no refund and items will become property of Castle Manor Corporation. It is not the responsibility of the auction to retrieve the buyers merchandise that is purchased, paid or unpaid from a separate shipper once the items have been dropped off.
