By registering, you acknowledge that all bids are final and, if you win, payment must be made within the specified timeframe. All items are sold as-is, with descriptions provided to the best of our ability but without any warranties or guarantees. While we will address any issues that arise, we are not liable for any problems or damages resulting from your participation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the auction at our discretion, and our liability in such cases is limited.

If you have not contacted Bearistry to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
