Payment must be received by White Galleon within 3 business days following the auction. We accept credit cards for North American orders and wire transfers for international orders. For local and Canadian orders we also accept e-transfers as a form of payment. Upon fall of the hammer, title to any offered lot will immediately pass to the highest bidder, subject to compliance by the buyer with these Conditions of Sale. The buyer assumes full risk and responsibility of the property sold, agrees to sign any requested confirmation of purchase and agrees to pay the full purchase price plus applicable taxes and shipping charges. Please check your junk and spam folders for invoices as they may be flagged by some email providers. If an invoice is not received on time please reach out by phone or email within the allotted time so that we may resolve any issues that may arise. We reserve the right to withdraw, postpone or cancel any lot or sale before or during the auction for any reason. If payment is not received in the allotted time we reserve the right to resell the winning item. We are unable to keep lots in storage at our facility.
