MUST PAY NO LATER THAN 5PM WEDNESDAY following the Sale or Your Bid will be canceled with a Dispute that you didn't pay on time & you will be labeled a Late Payer & won't be able to register for our further Auctions. Best Method of Payment is Cash, BANK TRANSFER, CHECK, VENMO or pay with the CASH App. We try to give the best descriptive condition but, you are buying as-is, where-is with no warranties made or implied. NO Returns, All Sales Are Final. These are mostly Estate Items. It's the BUYER'S RESPONSIBLILITY TO PAY ON TIME, NOT THE AUCTIONEERS to collect. All Items must be picked up within 5 days of Auction unless special arrangements are made. A STORAGE FEE of $25 PER DAY will be charged starting the 8th day. No Exceptions. If you have not contacted MJ Welch Auctioneers & Appraisers to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
