The absence of condition details does not imply the item is in perfect condition. 3. For telephone and absentee bids, valid credit card information is required at registration. This card will be automatically charged for any winning bids at the auction's conclusion. If the credit card transaction is declined, 1stbid reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings, including legal action, with all associated costs borne by the purchaser. By registering, whether in person or online, you agree to these terms. 4. All items are sold as-is. Condition reports are opinions and do not imply any guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and inspections, either personally or through a representative. While 1stbid will assist in providing available information, we do not certify or guarantee the authenticity of any items. Buyers assume all risks related to authenticity and 1stbid is not responsible for any disputes or issues regarding authenticity after the auction concludes.

If you have not contacted 1stbid to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
