Design

Design on November 21st presents an array of works from celebrated and iconic designers, including furnishings, lighting, ceramics, and d?cor. Leading lots include a dining table by George Nakashima and an exceptional Minguren 1 coffee table from Mira Nakashima, a pair of side tables by Jean-Michel Frank, an LED dining table by Ingo Maurer, a George Nelson & Associates Marshmallow sofa, and a Compas desk by Jean Prouv?, along with designs by Isamu Noguchi, Nicola L., Sol LeWitt, Charlotte Perriand, Gere Kavanaugh, Walter Lamb, and more. Among the noteworthy ceramics on offer are works from Ken Price, Michael and Magdalena Suarez Frimkess, Toshiko Takaezu, and Glen Lukens. Co-curated by Dung Ngo, a special presentation of works will be offered to benefit Frank Lloyd Wright's Hollyhock House at Barnsdall Art Park.
