After you pay your invoice, the shipping company will contact you with details about your shipment. Please note that shipping costs are separate from your invoice total, and Bearistry Auction House does not handle in-house shipping. By placing a bid, you agree to these terms. If you win an auction, you are required to complete payment within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the item and restriction from future participation. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions or request additional information prior to bidding. THE BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ASSESSING THE VALUE AND CONDITION OF ITEMS. PAYMENTS AND FINALITY | Payments must be made within the designated timeframe using the methods specified in the auction details. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances. We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or errors during the auction process. In the event of modification, suspension, or termination of an auction, our liability is limited to refunding registration or bidder fees, if applicable. Bearistry Auction House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any auction at our sole discretion, and any changes will be communicated promptly.

If you have not contacted Bearistry to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
