Terms of Sale Bidding: * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All items are sold as a manner or attributed to the artist unless specify with certification of authentication from the expert. All sale are final and no return. * All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. * Bidder research prior of bidding of the item is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * We run multiple online bidding venues. There is no guarantee that your online bid will be accepted, especially if your bid is tied with bids on another venue. When you are looking at where the bidding is currently on an item you're bidding on, please be aware that bidding is also happening on several other sites, and the sites do not communicate with each other. The bidding venue you use will automatically advance your absentee bids, and does give preference to bids left earlier than others. * We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * Return Policy: All sales are FINAL. NO RETURN. BUYER'S PREMIUM. The stated buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of all Lots sold. Eco Gallery believes, to the best of its knowledge, that the information presented in any listing has come from reliable sources. Such information is presented solely for the convenience of the Purchaser. Eco Gallery makes no warranties of any kind related to the information presented in any listing unless otherwise stated directly in the listing. Certificates: Some lots are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. If the Certificate is issued by a third party, that information will be in the listing and Eco Gallery accepts no responsibility for such certification and it is up to the bidder to exercise due diligence in determining the validity and "value" of any third party certification. Condition Reports: Please email with any specific request for a condition report on any lot. Please allow us up to 48 hours to respond to your request.

If you have not contacted Solo Art Gallery to arrange payment within 1 day of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
