Sales Tax Online purchases are subject to Florida state and county taxes, regardless of the buyer's location. Sales tax is 6%, with an additional 1% county surtax, totaling 7% above the hammer price. Sales tax will not apply to purchases made by bidders with valid tax exemption certificate. If you have a valid tax exemption certificate, please upload it to your LiveAuctioneers account and assure it is verified before placing bids on any items as we will be mandated to add the sales tax if the exemption certificate has not been validated. Autopay If the buyer has not contacted America Fine Art to arrange payment within 3 days of the time the invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register the auction for the amount of your invoice. Buyers Premium All lots sold at America Fine Art are subject to a 25% buyers premium, in addition to the hammer price. If the buyer has bid and won multiple items. The premium will be applied to the individual items hammer price and then amalgamated into the final price within the invoice. We at America Fine Art lower our buyers premium based on the total amount in hammer price excluding shipping and taxes.
