1. Bidding Authorization & Agreement By registering and placing a bid in this auction, the bidder acknowledges they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. 2. Buyers Responsibility All bids are binding. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to complete the purchase if they win. Bidders should review all item descriptions and photos carefully before bidding. All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees. 3. Item Condition & Authenticity The seller makes every effort to describe items accurately, but all descriptions, statements, and images are for reference only and not guarantees of authenticity, origin, or condition. It is the bidders responsibility to request additional information before bidding if needed. 4. Auctioneers Discretion The seller reserves the right to: Withdraw or modify items at any time before the auction ends. 5. Winning Bids & Payment The highest bidder at the close of the auction is the winner and will be required to complete payment within 3 days. If payment is not received by the deadline, the seller may cancel the sale and ban the bidder from future auctions. 6. Buyers Premium & Taxes A buyers premium of 17% will be added to the final hammer price. Sales tax may apply depending on the buyers location. Tax-exempt buyers must provide valid exemption documentation before payment. 7. No Refunds, Returns, or Cancellations All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless required by law. Failure to read or understand these terms will not be considered grounds for a refund or dispute.

At Blue Chip Exchange, we are committed to preserving the authenticity and integrity of the artwork we offer. Unless otherwise noted, all artwork is presented in its original frame, maintaining its historical and aesthetic context. While some frames may show signs of age or wear, they are retained to uphold the piece’s originality and provenance. We believe that keeping the original frame adds to the artwork’s character and authenticity. However, bidders should carefully review all provided images and descriptions, as frames are sold as-is. Should you have any questions regarding a specific piece, we encourage you to reach out before placing a bid. Our goal is to provide collectors with confidence in the originality of their acquisitions while maintaining transparency in our auction process.

If you have not contacted Blue Chip Exchange to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
