Items may be picked up at our auction center if you are local. Our usual office hours are M-F 9:00AM to 4:00PM. We will ship most items unless noted within the description of the lot. A 15% buyers premium will be added to total bid amounts. LiveAuctioneers will charge their online fees and there is a 4% credit card processing fee for the total amount due when calling our office and making payment with a credit card. Shipping charges will be handled in the same manner. All items are sold 'as-is', 'where-is' with no warranties, or guarantees. All sales are Final and No Returns. Some items may be subject to a reserve which is the confidential minimum price below which the lot will not be sold. Freeman Yoder Auctions may execute a bid on behalf of the consignor to protect the reserve. Under no circumstances will the auctioneer place any bid on behalf of the consignor above the reserve. The auctioneer will not specifically identify bids placed on behalf of the consignor to protect the reserve. The auctioneer is the sole ruling party on all disputes. If you have not contacted Freeman Yoder Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
